Each day you will receive the day’s challenge along with a number of resources and commentary on how to best implement the challenge into your daily life. As part of joining the 30 Day Challenge, you will have the option of joining the group’s SPAR! Challenge, where you will be challenged to build your habits by posting proof of completing that day’s challenge.

At the end of the 30 days, all 30 Day Challenge participants will join in on a live webinar with Ryan Holiday to discuss what was learned and how to stick with the habits over time.
